This Drive 4 Wheel Rollator has 6-inch wheels, not 7.5-inch wheels, and its handle height adjusts from 29-1/2 to 38 inches.
If you need a rollator with 7.5-inch casters, the Drive Medical Rollator with 7.5" Casters has an adjustable height of 30 to 34 inches. With the handles fully raised, its maximum height is 34 inches.
