Ostomy deodorant drops work by being added inside an ostomy pouch to help manage pouch odor. They are used with ostomy bags or pouches according to the product directions, often after emptying a drainable pouch or before applying a new pouch.
Some deodorant drops are designed only for odor control, while others are lubricating deodorants that may also help coat the inside of the pouch so output moves more easily toward the bottom.
