Thank you for reaching out. We received manufacturer-provided measurements for the ROHO Commode Seat Shower/Commode Air Cushion, and the opening size varies depending on the overall cushion size. The cushion has a main rectangular opening as well as an additional front cutout, so the measurement is not a single opening dimension.
Because the measurements vary by cushion size, please email me directly at tjnahm@exmed.net with the specific cushion size you are considering, or limitations on sizing, and I can provide the measurements available for that size.
