Therafin Clear Vinyl Tubing is flexible enough to be squeezed by hand somewhat, but it is not as soft or compressible as silicone tubing. Its clear vinyl construction is pliable and suitable for uses such as sip-and-puff systems, saliva traps, and other low-pressure applications.
While squeezing the tubing may help influence or restrict flow, it is not intended to function like a very soft pump-style tube. If repeated squeezing or a more “squishy” feel is important, a softer material may be a better fit.
